Chroma Wearables

Specially engineered printer inks and transfer paper provide a cost effective alternative to custom designed wearables without the high cost of screen printing screens, set-up and huge minimum orders.
Photo-quality images with smooth, gradient transitions and vibrant colors that cannot be achieved through conventional screen printing methods can now be realized with Extreme Exposures’ ChromaWear sublimation process. This garment decoration method applies your custom design using a heat press that leaves the special inks embedded into the fabric of the garment for a soft-to-the-touch feel.
When you only need a few dozen or less shirts made, it’s hard to beat the quality and price of a ChromaWear decorated garment.
ChromaWear Technical Specifications:
• As inks are not opaque, garment color selection is limited to either white, light colors or ash (light gray).
• Garments are 100% cotton, or 80/20 cotton, polyester blends.
• For best image durability laundering garment inside out yields best results.
